Coupled pendula on the magnetic board
Product No: P0515760
Oscillations occur in physics in anextremely wide range of occurrences. They are macroscopically visible in theswinging and cushioning of cars orsuspension bridges. In Nature, however, there is as a rule never a singleoscillation but always only coupledones. Only so can waves such as waves ofwater, light or earthquakes propagate. In this experiment, characteristicfrequencies and the phenomenon of beatvibration with two coupled springpendula will be treated as an example.
