Function and Applications

To be used in high frequency oscillating circuits. For VHF and HF experiments.

Equipment and technical data

• The coil is made of silver coated copper wire (diameter 3 mm).
• It is interrupted in the middle by an E 10 socket into which a filament lamp or the provided shot-circuit bolt can be screwed.
• The coil with 75 windings is suited for medium wave and long wave experiments.
• It consists of a flat coil of insulated thin copper wire in a plastic casing.
• The coil is mounted on a base.
• Connection is carried out over a 4 mm pair of plug pins, 19 mm apart.
