Changes in the blood flow during smoking

The skin temperature measured at the fingertip diminishes visibly when someone is smoking. The change in the skin temperature depends on the text subject and their smoking habits. With heavy smokers the temperature falls by 1°C, and with occasional smokers it falls by 2 - 4°C. With non-smokers, the skin temperature has even been known to rise.
