What happens during the flash recycling time of a camera?

Product No: P9000660

Principle

You experience it with both digital and analogue cameras: You want to take a photo but it often takes several seconds until the flash is "loaded". This experiment illustrates what happens in that time and why it takes so long: The behaviour of the current and voltage on a capacitor is determined at the moment of switching on. The capacity is determined from the measurement curve.
