Oil mist filter, DN 16 KF

Function and Applications

Highly effective oil-mist separator with DN 16 KF flange, makes use of the coagulation of fine oil droplets on boro-silicate glass fibres, for freeing the pumped gases from oil-mist. When pumping dry, non-reactive gases the filter is mounted vertically on the pressure-connecting outlet.

Benefits

The separated oil runs back in the pump because of the capillary effect when the suction pressure is lower than approx.1 hPa.
