We want to fulfil our customers' requirements - this not only involves getting the technical side of things right, but also the price, which takes into account our customers' financial resources. We regard compliance with official and statutory requirements as a matter of course.

The management ensures that our staff are qualified for the work they do. The necessary resources are made available for appropriate training.

Compliance with the processes described therein is mandatory for everyone. The adequacy and suitability of our quality management system is reviewed on a regular basis. If necessary, measures are introduced to improve it.
