XRC 4.0 X-ray characteristics upgrade set

Function and Applications

Upgrade set as an extension of the XR 4.0 X-ray expert set (09110-88). It is used for the characterisation of the radiation spectra of various different anode materials. It is particularly suitable for studying the fundamental principles of X-ray physics.

• Geiger-Müller counter tube, type B
• XR 4.0 X-ray LiF crystal in a holder

• XR 4.0 X-ray diaphragm tube with Ni foil
• and additional accessories

Additionally required are three X-ray tubes (09057-51, 09057-61, 09057-71) and a goniometer (09057-10).
