Function and Applications

All gas laws can be measured with an experimental setup - The composition of a gas depends on its temperature, its pressure and the mole fraction. For the limiting case of an ideal gas, these state variables are linked by the general equation of state, from which special relationships for certain changes in state can be derived.

This set is a complete set of devices for working out the gas laws experimentally with the Cobra SMARTsense absolute pressure sensors and the thermocouple, as well as the glass jacket system.
