Forensic PCR experiment kit

Article no: 35018-03

Function and Applications

This introductory PCR lab will help students gain confidence with important lab techniques such as micropipetting, PCR, and gel electrophoresis. In the process, they will explore the hereditary disease cystic fibrosis and the connections between genes and disease, personal identification, and the use of biotechnology for genetic analysis.
