Function and Applications

The Cobra SMARTsense Display is a universal sensor display for modern science teaching. It was developed to show the measured values of the Cobra SMARTsense sensors and offers maximum flexibility and didactic added value – intuitive, mobile and boundless.

The display shows the live measured values of almost all Cobra SMARTsense sensors with just two button presses – entirely without a tablet. This is practical wherever no tablets are available or may not be used.

Carry out a demo experiment at the front while the whole class reads the measured values in real time – with no crowding around the teacher's desk. Thanks to its magnetic back, the display attaches directly to metal surfaces (e.g. to the magnetic board or to the measuring station next to the sensor), can be used as a handheld device or worn on the wrist with the matching wristband – ideal for fieldwork too.

Optionally, use the display in parallel with the measureAPP: on the tablet you follow the graphical progression of the measured values, while the display shows the current instantaneous value – allowing you to identify trends and read individual values at the same time.
