MotionDot for Cobra DigiMotion

Function and Use

The MotionDot is the mobile signal source of the Cobra DigiMotion system and enables highly precise detection of two-dimensional movements. Through electromagnetic induction, its position on the MotionBoard (12975-21) is continuously recorded and displayed in real time in the digiLAB app. This makes motion sequences directly visible, analyzable, and measurable. Depending on the experiment, the MotionDot is attached to, for example, a pendulum, catapult, rotating arm, or other experimental setups and moves within the effective measuring range of the MotionBoard.
