Dissolution processes on liquids

Article no: P7151801

Principle

Solids dissolve in suitable solvents. In the dissolution process solvent particles force their way between the solid particles and dissolve them out of their (lattice) structure. Suger is dissolved in water in this experiment.

Benefits

  • Experiment guides are very easy to understand, especially for younger students
  • Associated competences are directly linked to the experiments
  • Curriculum compatible
  • Fit for the future: implementation of tablets possible
