Principle

Using a U-tube made of a piece of tubing and glass tubes, the students should show that the product of pressure and volume of a confined quantity of gas is constant. 

Moreover, they should measure the difference in height between the water levels for pressure decrease and increase; the correlation should be illustrated with calculations and by investigating a diagram.
