Principle

If a laser is equipped with a so-called Brewster window, it emits linearly polarized light whose plane of oscillation can be determined with a polarization filter used as an analyzer.

Benefits

  • Curriculum-relevant DEMO Experiment in optics
  • Equivalence to the corresponding student experiment
  • Stable optical bench
  • Compact, simple construction
