Principle

Most of substances in nature are a mixture of two or more components. These mixtures can be separated by different physical separation processes (for example filtration or evaporation) into the  individual components. One known methode is the evaporation of the solvent from a solution, the best known example of this evaporation methode is the extraction of sea salt by evaporating seawater. In this experiment this process is shown in simple way the salt is obtained by the evaporation of water from the solution.
