Function and Applications

Use the Cobra SMARTsense 3-Axis Magnetic Field to measure the Earth’s magnetic field as well as magnetic fields of permanent magnets or coils of up to ± 130 mT and investigate the basic concepts of electricity with your pupils in a child’s play way.

With sampling rates of up to 500 Hz and a resolution of up to 1.5 µT, the digital magnetic field sensor can be used flexibly in experiments ranging from the magnetic field inside a coil to ferromagnetic hysteresis.
