Adequate gamma-source (Energy: 0,662 MeV) for radioactive decay experiments (half-life determination, radioactive equilibrium). The excited barium, which has a half-life-ideally suited for teaching, is separated from the mother substance caesium by means of an elution solution and collected, e. g.in a tube.
